How can I get my form? 

You will receive a paper copy of your 1098-T by mail unless you opt in to receive it electronically. To opt in, on or before Dec. 31; forms are processed in January.

If you have an online profile, log into with your Heartland Key to connect your tax account. If you don’t have your login, contact ECSI support at 1-866-428-1098.

When will my 1098-T form be available?

夜色王朝is required to provide your form by Jan. 31 each year.

What if I’m a Non-Resident Alien (NRA) student?

The IRS does not require schools to provide a 1098-T form for students whose U.S. citizenship status is classified as non-resident. You must request your 1098-T directly from 夜色王朝each year by March 1.
